The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification and packaging. Please allow 2–4 days for this step.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to you. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving our facility, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time (sometimes up to 30 days).

We know this can seem like a long time, but we want to keep shipping FREE for our customers and the e-packet option is the only way we can do that (trust us, we’ve looked…exhaustively). The limitations of this service are that sometimes it can be a little on the sluggish side, but so far our customer feedback has been in favour of FREE over fast.
